Set in its own walled grounds, with an impressive frontage, delightful terrace, stylish public rooms and on-site parking, Llwyn Country House feels exclusive and special.

Arrive at the gates, travel up the short drive to the House and you feel like you’ve entered a haven of peace and tranquillity. Perfect if you want an intimate event without distractions.

We may be biased but we think it’s perfect for anyone looking for a venue in which to celebrate a special occasion such as your wedding, a big birthday, an anniversary, your retirement, a christening, or to mark a significant event, such as the passing of a loved one.

Numbers and Options

We can cater for up to 40 people for a seated meal in the Restaurant and up to 80 if you’re happy to have a buffet and make use of the Lounge Bar too.

If you want to just use part of Llwyn Country House, such as the Restaurant for an exclusive dinner, then that’s an option too.

When you book a special occasion event at Llwyn Country House we can arrange for you to have exclusive use of the public areas – the House, the terrace and the gardens. If you want a marquee, so that our delightful terrace can be part of your plans, we can recommend suitable suppliers to cater your specific needs.

It’s always nice to sleepover if you’ve been celebrating a special event, and we’d love to have you stay. Our bedrooms in the main House are available for special occasion bookings at a discounted rate, so please let us know as soon as possible if you’re interested in this.

If you don’t want to stay with us, but would like help with transport via Limo or minibus, just ask and we’ll use our connections to find what you’re looking for.

Catering & Planning

When you book a special occasion with us, one of the first things we will do is arrange for you to sit down with our Event Manager, who will take you through the options – we can even arrange a food tasting, so you know exactly what you’ll be getting on the day.

Because we have such a beautiful outdoor space, and we know that people like the idea, we now offer a hog roast, with all the trimmings and a freshly made salad selection, which we offer in house. New addition 2019.

If you would like some advice on the wine and fizz, we can arrange this from our supplier, Celtic Wine, to look at the menu you’ve chosen and make recommendations at different price points, which you can select from.

Sometimes our customer need a bit more help than we’re able to give. In that instance, we are able to connect you with our wedding planner, who can provide exception wedding planning advice.
